Deadline for the Fall application was October 15th (postmarked).
Please look back in March 2012 for the next round of assistance.
The Officers’ Spouses Club Assistance Committee will accept application requests two times during the 2011-2012 fiscal year. All requests must be received by the appropriate deadline to insure consideration by the committee. No post-dated requests will be considered (i.e. funds for an event that has already occurred or for an item already purchased).
Applications will be reviewed by the committee after the deadline; and proposals approved at the following board meeting. If there are any questions as to whether or not a request is eligible please contact us prior to submitting your application. Questions can be directed to OSC at cherrypointosc@gmail.com.
Applications must be TYPED and COMPLETED IN FULL in order to be considered for funds.
